Owner/Manager/Pole and Calisthenics Instructor

In 2010 I discovered pole fitness and instantly fell in love with the sport. I had been searching for a fun way of keeping fit, something that always kept me interested. And it wasn’t long before I started going twice a week, I couldn’t get enough. I can honestly say it changed my life. I have never been so fit, toned and healthy. It has helped me change my mind as well as my body; I feel more mentally positive, driven, confident and focused, and lucky to be able to share my knowledge and skills with others.

I opened Pole Nouveau and started teaching in April 2012, my student base grew quickly, but I am not surprised at how popular it has become! I see the excitement in people’s faces after the first class and really love watching them progress and improve in every class, in strength, ability and confidence through their dedication and hard work. For me it is a great feeling and I really do love my job!

As both a team as well as a business, we continuously strive to better ourselves, we want to feel 100% we are doing the best job possible. To better suit the needs of the business and cater for the wants of our students and local demand, I decided to relocate to better premises and expand the business further. The future of Nouvolution is bright exciting and I look forward to see how many more people we can help motivate and evolve in our world of fitness.

Meet Jade

Pole, Totally Tone instructor & Fully Qualified and Insured Childrens Aerial Instructor

I joined Pole Nouveau as a student a few months after it had started, with no intention of instructing.
I began classes once a week, every class I enjoyed and always felt a good buzz afterwards. I couldn’t wait for the next week’s lesson to come, so I could feel that same buzz. This is when I began to realise I wanted more from pole fitness. I wanted to share my passion with others and help them achieve their own personal goals and targets, whether it be perfecting that spin or invert or building strength.
I then decided to further my career with fitness and went onto study my L2 Gym Instruction, so I could teach other fitness classes and help people work toward their fitness goals in different aspects.
In 2017 I decided I wanted to take my career to the next level and qualified as an Xpert Pole and Aerial Children’s Fitness Instructor and Little Evolvers was created.
I often wished I had started classes when I was younger, so the creation of Little Evolvers has allowed me to share the benefits and rewards from aerial classes to children.
I can not express how overwhelmed I get from seeing the progress, confidence boost, dedication and commitment from the children.

From my own experience of feeling and seeing the difference in strength, control and fitness, all while having fun, is the reason why I am so passionate about training and staying with Nouvolution and sharing that experience with our students.

Meet Lexi

Pole Instructor

I joined Pole Nouveau as a student in the summer of 2013 and instantly fell in love! Pole was so much more than the gym, it was fun, it gave me confidence and the girls in the class all became good friends. My weekly class couldn’t come around quick enough each week, I was hooked!!

In 2014 I had to take time away from the pole and it knocked my confidence, I really missed what Pole had given me each week. When I came back, something really clicked inside me with pole, and I found myself going more than once a week. I progressed quickly, and conquered some moves I had once shied away from. This made me realise I wanted to do more with Pole, to instruct others and help them on their own pole journey, so in February 2015 I qualified as an Instructor and joined the Pole Nouveau team. I am so happy to still be a part of the team now we have evolved into Team Nouvolution!

If you are wondering what Pole Fitness is all about, come down and find out! You’ll have a giggle, learn something new and get fit! For me, there is no greater feeling of freedom than when I am on the pole! I’m looking forward to my future at the studio, challenging students to reach their fitness goals, all whilst having fun!

Meet Hannah

Pole & Aerial Hammock

Pole entered my life early 2013 and I fell in love with the sport straight away. I have a contemporary dance background and was always into athletic sports since a young age, so pole was a great way to get back into a creative form of fitness.

After almost 2 years of pole, I started entering pole competitions and caught the bug for it! I regularly go to workshops with my favourite and inspirational pole stars because I love the challenge of new tricks and combinations. I feel it’s important to always push yourself to new levels! After poling for 3 and a half years, I decided it was time to take my passion to the next level and qualified as an instructor in October 2016.

2018 I completed my Aerial Hammock certification and love the variety of these classes. Each class is a mix of stretch, strength, yoga, meditation and fun! Everyone notices progress each week and it’s so warming as an instructor to see students grow.

I recommend all my friends to try Pole and Aerial arts. It’s great fun, confidence boosting and fab way to get fit. “You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great! “

Meet Carly

Boxercise/HIIT & P.T. Instructor

I’ve always had a passion for sport and fitness from a very young age. I love the buzz of learning something new, feeling fitter and stronger.

As with a lot of us life and family took over for a while and fitness was something that I’d squeeze in here and there until I knew I needed more, I missed the way it made me feel.

I really got back into fitness in 2012, when I challenged myself to do the moonwalk marathon, something I didn’t think I was capable of achieving! But I trained hard and did it. I found that buzz again so did another one the following year. After a difficult chapter in my life, I found that fitness was my escape, I took the ethos that you cannot change some things that happen to you in life, but you can change yourself, how you feel and how you respond. This was something in my control! I began to try new ways to be fit, including pole and loved it.

I started taking circuit classes at my work and enjoyed sharing my passion, having a bit of fun and helping others work towards their goals. I get as much pleasure helping others and seeing them enjoy the sessions as I do doing them myself. I realised that circuit sessions helped me in many ways; increasing in strength, core stability, endurance levels, mentally. I felt stronger and more confident, the results showed and it enabled me to progress in pole too.

This year, I decided I wanted to do more so I set myself a few new challenges. I upped my training and started military-style fitness and completed the full tough mudder but most importantly;  I took the step forward to do something I’d wanted to do for a long time and qualified as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer with additional qualifications in instructing Boxercise, Metabolic Resistance circuit training and Kettle bells. I started teaching Boxercise and HIIT Circuits at Nouvolution when it opened and just love it!

I want to share my passion and help others achieve their goals whatever they may be.
