For Pole –
If a complete beginner, the first couple of lessons, leggings and a vest or t-shirt. Also sports bras/secure crop tops are recommended.
You will notified by your instructor when shorts are required.
Shorts should be tight, not too long like cycling shorts, no pockets, zips, buttons etc. We do it in bare feet. Please do not come with moisturised hands!
You will not grip the pole! Also avoid it on the rest of your body when you start to wear shorts.
No jewellery as it scratches the poles.

For Hoop –
Leggings, short or long sleeved t-shirt or vest, again sports bra/secure crop top underneath. We do it in bare feet, you can wear socks if you wish.

For Hammock & CIrcus fit-
It is very important that the fabric hammock equipment is kept clean and in tact.
Certain things can catch on the fabric making holes or ladders.
So please follow our rules with this.
Wear tight fitted clothing, leggings, long or short sleeved tight t-shirt, arm pits must be covered and no midriffs on show.
Sports bras/secure crops tops are ideal underneath.
No zippers, beads or buttons on you clothing, these can damage the hammocks, just plain smooth clothing.
Clean and fresh socks must be worn, sticky soles are great!
Do not wear lots of make up, body lotion and oils, including fake tans
Please file nails, if your nails can potentially catch and damage the hammocks please cover them in tape.
No jewellery.

For yoga –
Bring a mat if you have one.
Leggings and vest are ideal, sports bra or secure crop top. Tight t-shirt, long or short sleeve are fine.
We do it bare feet or socks can also be worn if you wish, sticky soles work best!

For Boxercise, Hit, Totally tone.
Wear any workout clothing you feel comfortable in, wear sports shoes.
